In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. TEDxWindyCity, where x = independently organized TED event is being hosted by the Museum of Science and Industry and produced by Pivotal Productions. At our TEDxWindyCity event, TEDTalks video and live speakers including our CEO Zach Kaplan will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
Zach will be discussing why he started Inventables and how the decision to make our online marketplace free came about.
