8/15/2003 – Chicago, IL

They will present: “New Materials and Processes and their Role for Inspiring Designs”

Inventables announced today that Zach Kaplan and Keith Schacht have been invited to speak at the IDSA National Conference in New York.

The conference will be held on August 14th-16th at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square, NY. Inventables is presenting from 10-11am in the O’Neil Room on the fourth floor.

Inspiration for new product designs can come from everywhere: nature, the users, different industries, new materials-just to name a few. Inventables will discuss a variety of new materials, processes, and technologies in a hands-on and engaging presentation and discuss the role these new developments can play in inspiring designs.

In addition to highlighting specific new and unique materials and technologies, examples of commercially successful products that have incorporated some of these developments will be shown. The presentation will be engaging and all attendees will walk away inspired with samples in hand.
